We are proud to announce the new V2 Swage It Primer Pocket Swager for the Dillon XL650 bullet press. Included is the mount, the small primer pin, and mounting hardware. Everything that you need to swage .223, .308, or any other calibers that utilize small or large primers. The V2 swager has been redesigned to drastically reduce any mount movement while swaging as well as some other minor design improvements.
Whats Different Between Version 1 vs Version 2?
On our original mount there were just 2 holes drilled into the mount and it would be attached by machine screws with locking washers. For most people that worked well but some complained that the mount would loosen while swaging. On the mount we have drilled and countersunk the holes as deep as we could to do 2 things. 1. By using the largest head sized tapered screws that we could source, the surface area of the tapered head will lock down the mount far better than the original design and 2. By going as deep as we could go with the taper, we are virtually eliminating any flex from the screws. Combine that with lowering the mounting holes by 0.010, the mount will lock into place securely with very little flex or movement. Below are the list of benefits using our swager.
You will not be disappointed in the Swage It S650. We back our products by an unconditional lifetime warranty. If your swager breaks or wears out, just send it back to us and we will send you another free of charge! We are not in any way affiliated with Dillon Precision. |

Still getting used to the feel
It arrived within days and was installed within minutes. I still have a bit of a problem with getting the right feel for the swager. What feels to be an already swaged case sometimes is a heavy crimp that the swager doesn't seem to want to enter. I'll check that particular case and redo it. I check the questionable case by simply running the press up and then try to put the case on the swagger itself (by hand). 9 times out of 10 the case is swaged properly and just doesn't appear to be. That said, I swaged and trimmed half of a 5 gallon bucket of 223/556 cases in about an hour, even with me not being sure and rechecking questionable cases. As I get used to it, it appears this is going to save me a heck of a lot of time.

Awesome product!
I ordered the S650 combo and it arrived in just a few days. It installed very easily, and sets up very quickly. I use it for loading .223/5.56. I used to use the Dillon SS600 but this is so much faster. It's just as easy to remove and switch back for seating primers as well. I'm a little surprised that Dillon doesn't make something just like this for their press, as it fits perfectly, is super easy to change, and works so well! If you need to swage brass, and own an XL650... Don't buy a SS600, this is so much faster.

Very Happy with the S650C
Until just recently I've been using a Dillon Super Swagger 600. it would take several hours to process 1000's of cases of all sizes. Setting it up and taking into account for the different case types took time. I recently set up a Dillon XL650 and just got the S650 Combo. I was able to process 1000+ 223 cases in just over and hour. That would normally take me a week working a hour or more a day with the Dillon 600. This is a great update for the Dillon and is also very easy to install and remove. Two thumbs up. If you have a reloading machine that it will fit on it worth every penny.
