Review title says it all With brass, like many other components, necessary for reloading being in short supply I needed to use all the pieces I have. This wonderful invention has allowed me to do so. Thank you Swage It!

This is awesome! You install it, run the ram up and pop the primer and then pull the ram down and swage the primer pocket.
Ran into a small issue and called Dillon to discuss it with the tech support and was told that use of the product voids the "no BS" warranty.
Let the buyer beware.

This product does all that Swage it claims I use a Dillon universal de-cap die to de prime on the down stroke and swage on the up stroke, then clean the brass in a sonic cleaner and re lode. I felt it was a bit over priced however.

I use my Dillon 550b primarily for high volume brass prep. Before now I had to identify the ones with crimps and decrimp each one individually. Having the Swage-It took has over doubled my production. It was worth every penny.

First I will start with the good parts. I like that i can decap and swag at one station. This significantly decreased my swaging time compared to my single stage swager and my brass prep trim swager. I like that it mounts easily to my Dillon Press. It is also physically easier to operate than my single stage press swager and the case prep rotary swager.
I have processed and reloaded about 500 pieces of LC 5.56 brass with the Swage it. Of those 500 pieces i have had about 15 pieces that failed to seat a new primer well. The primer pocket retained a bit of a lip and primer would not seat well or the edge of the primer caught on the lip and rolled over. I will say that these results are not much better than the other option i have tried.

The YouTube video was also most helpful. Only wish I had purchased both pins.

Have reloaded for some years and having access to military brass I am not new to swagging. This product is the best there is out there, I believe. I can set up and rework casings so much faster, handling the casings one time. It does not get any better than "SWAGE IT". I am the old school I do not believe in reaming.
